By accessing or using Mirage Metrics services, including any application that integrates with third-party APIs such as Microsoft Graph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. User Obligations

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
Users are also responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to grant Mirage Metrics access to third-party systems (e.g., email services) as part of the functionality offered.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mirage Metrics and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for commercial purposes without consent
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials
4. Limitation of Liability
Mirage Metrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
5. Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue our services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Mirage Metrics shall not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver.

All data access via APIs complies with the respective providers' terms and scopes of permission.

- Data is stored securely on compliant cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure).
- Email data retrieved for display is not permanently stored unless needed for the functionality explicitly approved by the user.
- We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill our services or comply with legal obligations.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security Measures
We implement the following:
- Encryption: All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry standards (e.g., TLS 1.2+, AES-256).
